STAFF
Meet Our Team
Since its inception in 1929, All Occasions Catering has maintained a reputation for providing a personalized dining experience with unique and delicious food. But what exactly makes All Occasions Catering so great?
The people!

Mark | Owner
All Occasions Catering is owned and operated by Mark, who has been passionate about food since he can remember. His family was in the food business, so he grew up with an appreciation for good food provided by people with a passion for quality service.
My mission was simple, really. I wanted to offer a superior product and great service, but I also wanted to give people an experience. And I think the way you accomplish that is with great people who work hard, who care about the food and want to deliver a memorable product and service.

Rebecca | Event Sales
Rebecca has been part of the AOC team for many years, first as waitstaff and now part of the dynamic sales team. She has always enjoyed watching everything come together for a wedding and helping to reduce stress for the couple on their special day. She is a self-proclaimed nerd, and in her free time likes to play a variety of video games. Her passion though is crocheting, and she has made everything from stuffed animals to blankets and hats and scarves. Rebecca and her mom spend the year crocheting and collecting items to donate to Hope House in Waukesha.

Phillip | Executive Chef
Executive Chef Phillip, is a valuable addition to the All Occasions Catering team with his creativity and talent for creating custom menus. He is guided by the saying “everything you can imagine is real,” and does so by bringing new ideas and concepts to life through food. Phillip loves working with his hands in the kitchen finding new ways to make things from scratch, and also through woodworking in his woodshop at home.

Hector | Sous Chef
It’s obvious to all of us in the All Occasions Catering kitchen that Sous Chef Hector has been cooking for most of his life. His talent for bringing culinary visions to life is as natural to him as breathing and is truly an art form. Hector admits that although cooking and being in the kitchen can be exhausting at times, it’s worth it when he sees people enjoy the food he prepares. When Hector is not cooking, he loves spending time with his family and friends. His inspiration and drive both in and out of the kitchen comes from being a dad and spending time with his daughters.

Mina, aPHR | Human Resources Manager
Mina is passionate about making a difference, both at work and in the lives of others. In her HR role, she loves knowing she’s creating a positive impact that lasts—whether it’s improving company culture or helping employees thrive.
She’s a big believer in sustainability, keeping it real through authentic communication, and giving back whenever she can. When Mina’s not busy making the world a better place, you’ll probably find her singing along at musicals, whipping up something delicious in the kitchen, working on a renovation project, or soaking up the great outdoors.
Her favorite mantra right now? “The most difficult thing is the decision to act; the rest is merely tenacity,” by Amelia Earhart. It’s her go-to reminder to take bold steps and keep going, no matter what.

Ashley | Banquet Event Manager
Ashley joined All Occasions Catering in November 2025 and quickly became a steady, energizing force behind the scenes. She thrives in a role where she can lead, mentor, and unite a team, turning a busy, talented group into a seamless, well-functioning machine. Inspired by her favorite Vincent Van Gogh quote, “Great things are done by a series of small things brought together,” Ashley believes that every small effort, shared moment, and team victory combines to create something truly extraordinary.
When she’s off the clock, you’ll usually find Ashley outside enjoying a peaceful walk or diving into a weekend adventure. She also loves spending time with her close friends, family, and their trio of dogs who keep life full (and delightfully chaotic).

Kristen | Event Sales
Kristen began her journey with All Occasions Catering in April 2022 as part of the event staff, where she fell in love with seeing events come to life—from the first linen set to the final late-night snack. Now in Event Sales, Kristen is excited to guide clients through the planning process from start to finish, ensuring every detail comes together seamlessly for a truly memorable experience. Outside of work, she enjoys baking themed sugar cookies, spending time with her family and two dogs, camping with her husband of 30 years, traveling to warm destinations, and staying active at the gym. Her favorite reminder: “Don’t be sad it’s over, be glad it happened.”
