Weddings at Camp Dewan

If you are looking for a wedding venue in the most beautiful location you can possibly imagine, Camp Dewan is it! Since the camp opened in 2001, couples have enjoyed being surrounded by nature at Camp Dewan as they pledge their love for one another with their wedding vows.   • Camp Dewan can accommodate up to 150 people for a wedding
  • You can have your wedding ceremony anywhere on our 55-acre property including the barn but we recommend lakeside
  • All outdoor facilities are available to all guests including the sand volleyball court, lake kayaks, canoes and rowboats, baseball field, basketball court, hiking trails, horseshoes and more
  • You can set up a tent on the outdoor basketball court for a dinner and a low-key reception

Basic Package:

Deluxe Package:

  • Use of Barn Friday for decorating, Saturday for ceremony and/or reception and Sunday for gift opening/clean up.
  • Use of Lodge for changing, no overnight stays.
  • Day and evening use only.
  • 60 guests or fewer: $1,950.00 plus tax
  • 61 to 150 guests: $2,850.00 plus tax
  • Use of Barn Friday for decorating, Saturday for the ceremony and/or reception and Sunday for gift opening/clean up.
  • Use of Lodge and Cabins for up to 8 people overnight on Friday and Saturday nights.
  • Use of the Camp Dewan golf cart for transporting guests at no additional charge
  • There is an additional charge of $46.00 plus tax per night for each person over the 8 person maximum for each additional Friday and Saturday night stays.
  • 60 guests or fewer: $2,950.00 plus tax
  • 61 to 150 guests: $3,950.00 plus tax

The 'Fine Print':

  • View the different seating chart ideas and capacities.
  • Camp Dewan can accommodate up to 150 people for a wedding.
  • Deposits must be received not more that 2 weeks after booking.
  • Deposits are nonrefundable after 60 days prior to arrival date.
  • Wedding balance must be paid in full and received no later than 60 days prior to your arrival date.
